Expert Instruction

Helen Phelan is a former professional dancer with a double BFA in Dance Performance and Choreography, BA in Psychology, and an independent study focus on Somatic Theory and Classical Pilates from Elon University, a certified contemporary mat and equipment Pilates instructor, and an Institute of Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.
